Abstract: Describes the "live-representation" approach to managing and working in complex, dynamic business processes. In this promising new approach, important aspects of business-process modeling, project planning, project management, resource scheduling, process automation, execution, and reporting are integrated into an detailed, on-line representation of planned and executing processes.
