Travel between San Francisco Airport and the Hilton Hotel
There are a number of options for getting from the San Francisco airport to the
San Francisco Hilton for those not renting a car. There is an
extensive listing of airport transportation options available on
the web.
For quick reference, here are a few of the airport transporters we looked
into. Use this only as a guide---you are encouraged to call for current information
when you travel.
- SFO Airporter (415) 673-2433
- -Reservations required? No
- -Where/how to catch it? At every terminal; stops by blue pillar.
- -Frequency? Every 15 minutes
- -Fare? $9 one-way; $15 round-trip
- -Door-to-door service; about 40-minute ride to Hilton
- Super Shuttle (415) 558-8500
- -Reservations required? Need reservation TO airport, but not FROM airport
- -Where/how to catch it? At every terminal
- -Frequency? Every 15 minutes
- -Fare? $11 each-way; $8 each-way for each additional passenger
- -Special: A van for up to 7 people can be rented for $38 one-way
- -Door-to-door service; about 40-minute ride to Hilton
- American Airporter Shuttle (415) 876-0411
- -Reservations required? Yes (24-hr in advance)
- -Where/how to catch it? At every terminal
- -Fare? $11 one-way; $16 round-trip
- -Special: A bus for 9-10 people can be chartered for $49
- -Door-to-door service; about 40-minute ride to Hilton
- Door-to-Door Airport Express (415) 775-5121
- -Reservations required? Call as needed
- -Where/how to catch it? When you have your luggage, call on courtesy phone.

- -Frequency? Every half hour
- -Fare? $10 each-way (ask driver for $2 discount coupon)
- -Door-to-door service; about 30-minute ride to Hilton
