Electronic Abstracts
Electronic abstracts are required for all papers. Please submit them
by May 1. Sorry for any
previous confusion about this point. Please send an
email message with the following format to: dmh@aaai.org with the
subject: ICMAS Abstract
Doe, John; and Doe, Jane.
The Blah Blah Blah Title.
Abstract:

Paper format
By using the provided format, keeping within page limitations, and printing on 8
1/2 x 11" paper, you will not be required to do paste-ups. Please let us know if
you will need paste-ups so that they can be sent to you. The publisher will
*NOT* accept final manuscripts or abstracts on A4 paper!

The deadline for your camera-ready pages and signed copyright form is
April 25, 1995. Send to:

A signed copy of the AAAI Press
Copyright Form must be returned by all authors.
Page limits for papers accepted for the ICMAS proceedings are:
- 8 pages for full papers
- 1 page for extended abstracts
ICMAS is using the same proceedings format as is used by IJCAI/AAAI
conferences. Here we provide information on that format for various
software programs. This material is all provided courtesy of AAAI and
occasionally refers to AAAI Press, email addresses associated with
AAAI and information on how to contact AAAI. Please ignore this
information and do not contact AAAI with questions about the
format.
In general, information you see here supersedes information inside of
the paper formatting documents. If there is any confusion, please ask
for clarification (email to icmas-95@cs.umass.edu).

- aaai.sty (a latex style file)
- aaai.bst (a bibtex bibliography style file)
- aaai.inst (a latex file that uses the above two files and explains how to format papers)
Quark XPress (for Macintosh)
- quark-templates.cpt.hqx (a binhexed, self-extracting Compact Pro archive that contains two files for use with Quark XPress)

Word Perfect (for Macintosh)
Acrobat
- Template-Acrobat (the proceedings format description in Adobe Acrobat format)
- Acrobat readers for several platforms are available for downloading directly
from Adobe.
